About Me
How It’s Started..
My journey into massage therapy began in 1991 after a life-changing experience in a hospital. I was in pain, and when medication didn’t bring relief, a nurse’s gentle, healing touch did. That moment sparked something in me—a deep calling to help others through the power of touch. Inspired, I began studying with Maggie Kelley, an MTI in Topeka, Kansas, in 1990 and soon became certified in Massage Therapy.
After a few years of practicing in Kansas, I moved to Texas in 1994 to continue my journey and earned my Texas Massage Therapy License through Sterling Health Center in 1995.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with a wide range of clients, including retired athletes and professionals from the NFL, IFL, and ISL, with a strong focus on Sports Therapy. In 2007, I expanded my training through UB Well Sports, learning specialized pre- and post-event techniques. From 2014 to 2016, I served as a team therapist for the Allen Wranglers and Dallas Sidekicks.

How It’s Going..
In 2015, my work began to evolve beyond physical healing. I started exploring bodywork techniques, essential oils, and energy therapies like Reiki and Polarity to support clients on a deeper level—emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and I often collaborate with other health professionals to ensure my clients receive well-rounded, integrated care.
When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m probably in the garden, studying herbs and essential oils, or finding new ways to support wellness naturally. I’ve always been drawn to the rhythms of nature and believe true healing happens when we nurture the body, mind, and spirit together.
My mission is simple: to help you feel better in just one session.
“Discover the Difference in One Session.”
